We recently acquired a retirement village in Taradale, Napier. As part of the due diligence, we identified that there were several outstanding Code Completion Certificates outstanding on several units. Graham was appointed to identify and coordinate the required work with Council, facilitate the timely completion with several contractors, and ensure the CCC’s were issued by Council all within a tight time frame. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Graham Englund on 2 projects at Fairview Lifestyle Village, Albany, Auckland.
The first was a building condition report where Graham worked in front of a painting crew to inspect and identify maintenance schedules on the main Lodge during a repaint process.
The second was very complex, identifying the consent status of 131 villas that did not have full CCC when they were built over 20 years ago. Over a period of 2 tears all building s were brought to standard under Graham’s guidance and Graham managed the certificate of acceptance process until all out building were compliant.
Graham is diligent and practical, ensuring the safety and good practice is always top of mind but always in consideration of budget . He is an easy consultant to work with, he is a great communicators and tells it as it is. I would have no hesitation in working with Graham again on another project that suits his skill set
