Graham Englund
Auckland Building Surveying was started by Graham Englund in August 2023 after working full time for three other large Auckland based building surveying companies since 2010. ABS prides itself on providing exceptional service at very reasonable rates, and on going the extra mile for all clients. We absolutely love the work we do, and enjoy working with various clientèle and stakeholders. We have all of the necessary qualifications, credentials and insurances in place to take on each of the services that we offer. Graham Englund is a Registered building surveyor with the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors, and also an Associate RICS member (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). Unless you utilise a registered or chartered building surveyor, you run the risk of being provided with a sub-standard survey and report, important issues being overlooked, poorly specified recommendations and having the report rejected by council, banks or lawyers.
Who We Are
We will offer extra value wherever we can, and will always be super-responsive and friendly. We aim to please!
We will also take on work outside of Auckland, as we have done in the past, including work in the South island. We have a small number of existing commercial clients that we service already, however we are looking for more business.
We endeavour to begin working on your assignment as soon as possible, usually within the first week or two. As can be seen by our testimonials, we will deliver the outcome that you need as soon as possible.
When working with councils, we will keep following up with their progress and timelines. Councils can be notoriously slow sometimes in their processing.
Graham has a good relationship with a number of council inspectors whom he has dealt with over the years, and this is helpful in terms of being able to provide what is needed in order to obtain approvals etc.
